She was serious because he was on BBLB the following day and said that he might consider it outside, then he had an uncomfortable meeting with Shabby too.

On LF the other night she was saying that she didn't "fully mean it" and that she was convinced that BB wouldn't show the proposal anyway because it'd be considered as having contact with the outside world. How wrong she was. I love Caoimhe but I thought the whole proposal thing was a tad stupid.

The supposed pact that if one would leave the other would leave during the Sunshine eviction was an obvious ploy like that. Even other HMs realised that.
