Default Why was the thread on blacks being voted out closed?

OK it was probably started by a troll, but there's an active thread that compares Steve wife to man that's gone for 4 or 5 pages and another speculating how much weight Jodie gained but they've not been closed. Whats going on?

No answer. I suppose that means there was no good reason. Thats good to know.

The moment I saw Ife was up and likely to go I knew that thread was coming. I made sure it wasnt me who started it but its a good question and its a shame we wont discuss it,.

BTW One black winner in 11 years is nothing to be proud of. One black winner in 11 years is appalling.

No Asian winners either. Or Muslims. No winners over 50.

Religious bigotry, Racist and Ageist.

Not when you workout % of black HM's.
Look at it this way,the vast, vast majority of HM's have been English but an English person has only won 60% of the shows.

I think Shawsown and Spitfire make good points. I think it points more toward the kind of people who wins these shows and the public connect with rather than overt racism or sexism.

So lets discuss it it? Why do vacuous pretty boys and girl win these shows?

Because someone always comes up with bollocks that the GB public are in someway racist, complete rubbish...

We have only had one transexual winner too, do you find that equally appalling??

It's not so much that there has only been one black winner in all of the main seasons that annoys me, but that all the rest of them were white. The overall mix of housemates over the years has been far more diverse than that. Not to mention a good few of those white winners were rubbish housemates.

Nice &/or popular people win. Nationality/Skin colour/Sex/Sexuality has NOTHING whatsoever to do with it...

We dont vote on skin colour we vote on character.

I could say only 1 welsh winner in 11 years is appauling.

Its nothing to do with colour or nationality its about the characters so leave the race **** out of it

Craig was the very first winner when it was all shiny and new plus he was the one who exposed Nick so his popularity soared. As for Cameron, BB4 isn't worth mentioning.

This. The likes of Rex(BB9) and Jason(BB5) and lisa last year were so lucky.
