A. almost nobody.

Why?
Because nobody would want to live like that. To have the kind of hostility, contempt, sneering spite, inner-turmoil and impatient attention span, paranoia.. .. JJ is just a wreck. He spends most of his social interactions in pain, fear and high-anxiety.

Nobody should want that. Nobody here should ever hope for that. You do NOT want to be JJ.

The OP is cute to try and pump up their peculiar favourite but the short answer would be:

That kid lives in constant inner-turmoil and I've lost count of how many times he has exploded into hissy-fits, ran off crying, threatened to quit the program or gone into near catatonic states in a corner... ...over nearly nothing lol

I would say the majority of people who dislike him are indifferent to him, especially to his looks which, let's face it, is all there is to him. Slight regard was a personal thing, but I know I'm not alone. I don't hate him. I wouldn't waste any kind of emotion on him.
