I think the problem is we all like and dislike different HMs for different reasons so will vote for the one we find most offensive!

I personally do not like Lisa at all, that said she does bring an element of conflict to the house. I do like Nikki though I cant help myself, she is a silly little girl but makes me laugh a lot so would prefer her to stay over Lisa who is just foul!
