I think that if we remember rightly he had several short bans, then a longer ban then banned for good so he did have plenty of chances to get to grips with the rules.
Personally I think SMC was funny and a great laugh but that just isnt grounds enough in my opinion to reinstate him as a member. Sorry Stropz!

Don't worry about it Sunshine. I didn't really expect any of the admin to re-instate him. It was worthwhile asking though.
