I would also suggest for ease that you just use decimal odds which will be most understandable for more people (the lower the number the more favoured to go).
The only major bookmaker currently trading is Paddypower. Here are the latest odds (decimal odds in brackets):
Dave 10/11 (1.90)
Rachel 11/8 (2.37)
John 4/1 (5.00)
The trand since opening has been for Dave to become marginally more of a favourite (now odds-on), Rachel's position to remain static in 2nd place, and John'd odds to drift slightly.
