If 1 person votes Joe out because she is black i'd be very surprised, if many people vote Joe out because they relate to the White people in the house more then i would not be.

The way the posh guy was boo'd on the way into the house was blatant discrimination, maybe without years of racist disaproval Black people would be in the same boat today.

Have to say though i think posh people can usually take care of themselves, and don't really need help defeating decrimination, given they are at the top of a ladder looking down.

Jo is responsible for herself being voted out. She could have been great. Unfortunately her down days are now. These down days have hit every housemate at some time eg JJames tearful week etc, Steve, Dave Mario they have all had their tears.

Coming in towards the end and then having your tearful session now looks bad against other housemates who now know they can cope because they are near the end.

I think you have limited your view to mean African-Carribean. There huge numbers of successful women In the UK who are not white. Have a look at BBC and Sky.
