Before you start to blame anyone, get some knowledge why he is doing it - Andrew got a task from the ToT to say yes to everything anyone may ask him, then Mario got the task to wind Andrew up, because of knowing he has to say yes.

Now also Josie knows from the ToT what is going on, and she also has the order to tease Andrew
