I doubt it, cause they still have to go through all the trouble of cutting sentences out with profanities in them.

I've always assumed they make two versions of the show anyway, and post-watershed version and a pre-watershed version.

On a side note, it's pathetic how they cut out sentences as a whole for the pre-watershed version. I don't see what's wrong with just censoring the individual word.
