The process involves years of psychological evaluations, medication, pain (physical and mental) and years and years of counselling before and after.

I'm failing to bridge the mental gap between not being attracted to someone and not being able to touch them. Are you physically repulsed by everyone and everything you aren't sexually attracted to?

No. Which means this isn't about lack of attraction, it's about ignorant repulsion based on lack of familiarity.

i think the concept, of a man having plastic surgery, to become a woman, is unattractive to most heterosexual men.

is that offensive? is there anything wrong with that? that's what i'm really asking.
