You're my No 1! Arsene Wenger hails Manuel Almunia's outstanding start for Arsenal

Despite spending the summer trying to bring in a new keeper, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has issued a statement of support for Manuel Almunia after his 'outstanding' start to the season.

After a number of high-profile gaffes last term, Wenger made a new goalkeeper a top priority with Almunia looking set for the exit, or at least a considerable amount of time on the bench.

But the Spaniard, 33, has made an excellent start to the season, mirroring that of his team who are unbeaten in the Premier League.

Can't see it. Granted they have made a good start but they will slip into mid table and finish around 12th.

My Predictions for the Saturdays Matches

The Stoke-West Ham game looks like an home banker to me. Arsenal have a difficult away match at Sunderland, I expect it to be a very dull game. 0-0. And Preston to get beatan at home to Norwich with Darren Ferguson getting his marching orders after the game.

Cole was running at stoke keeper nothing really in it, and shawcross swang his arms behind him and hit cole in the face no foul given.

Just put bets on

Chelsea £9 to win at home against blackpool.. £1 return lol.
Arsenal £5 to win away against sunderland.. £3.33 return
Man City £2 to win away against Wigan.. £1.45 return

£16 pound spent potentially £5.78 return.
Leaving me with £21.78 (if im lucky)

You should have thrown it all on an accumlator ben. You earn far more money that way.
