The Size 16 Bristolian, 25, has embarked on a new regime to lose her spare tyre - and such is her determination she is using two personal trainers.

Dressed in a tight black and blue workout outfit, Josie was seen taking part in an energetic workout and taking on an obstacle course in a London park.

Writing on her Twitter page earlier this week, Josie told fans: 'I'm on detox for 6 months', before adding: 'Just had fitness training. Hard work but loving it!!'

However, Josie is struggling somewhat with the food she is allowed to eat, tweeting: 'Mmmmmmm my fav bit of curry goat or brown stew chicken right up my street. Thai food and caribbean food is me fav mmmmm (sic).'

What will she do when motivational trainers aren't provided ?

Celebrity trainer Nicki Waterman says that if Josie keeps up the hard work, she could lose 2st by January.

“Josie needs to get to around 10st to be a comfortable size 12,” she says.

“To do this, she needs to build muscle to boost her metabolism and burn calories by doing an hour of cardiovascular work six days a week. She will also need to do resistance training every other day.

“The easiest way to lose weight is to cut out all sugar in your diet, including refined sugar. Josie will need to cut out sweets, chocolate, biscuits, bread and alcohol.

"I would advise her to drink loads of water, eat lots of salad but to steer clear of dressings – stick to balsamic vinegar instead.

That will take extraordinary will-power .....

Shame she was wearing one of the most unflattering outfits. Wish someone hadn't told one of her personal trainers to cover up. Flat stomach yes but convinced it was wrinkled due to suntan.

Most big girls don't want to stay fat. Who could blame her for wanting to lose weight....

Don't blame her at all but she shouldn't have proclaimed to be doing it for the big girls if she wasn't happy with that herself

SIZE 16 my a*se! She's a size 20 at least(her bottom half certainly is). It's no wonder she got so big if she is in so much denial. Rather than hire two personal trainers, how about just eating less and staying vertical for longer than she is horizontal.

She said she was going to go straight to the gym and things as soon as she got out to lose a few pounds,
She hasn't done so yet!!!! How many weeks has she been out the house now,sh'e had time to train for the olympics.

She is not a 16 I say 20 to 22
