Default If you're poorly
1 paracetomol every 2 hours. Water and rest. If you're worried ring your docs or NHS Direct (0845 46 47)

Yep, old bag of the forum playing Mum but it's Winter and most are feeling sh!t and the above advice was a Godsend from my doctor before when I was ill with 'flu a few years back
