Truth hurts.

Just for fun suggest some predictions for 2011. They can be funny, outrageous or serious and probable.
Something to look back after a year. I think ... Girls Aloud will reform without Nadine - who will live full time in the US - with Cheryl as the 'face' of the group. Prhaps even changing their name to 'Girls Aloud feat. Cheryl Cole'. Take That will just scrape by til the end of the year's tour with Robbie aboard and then part company for good. W. E. Madonna's movie about Wallis Simpson will flop and she'll return to making music. |

Sugababes will bring out a new album which will show a different side to them and hopefully won't change any more of the line up.
Keisha Buchanan will bring out an amazing album and will beat Sugababes in sales. ![]()

Nadine Coyle will release a song that will catch on. She will gain some street cred, release another album that will flop, but not as much. A top 20 album.
Girls Aloud will take another year out and we will get nothing but rumours again this year. The Cheryl Cole backlash will happen, unfortunately. Christina Aguilera will go crazy and break down a bit. Hopefully release a belter ballad. Britney Spears will release another album that will not have groundbreaking sales. Lady Gaga's album will have 2nd-album-syndrome. But will still be fairly successful in it's own right. The Saturdays will flop again, Wordshaker style. Delta Goodrem's 4th album will be simply amazing and will be more successful than Delta. She will have a hit. Nicki Minaj will be 2011's Lady Gaga.

Timbaland will release another album and will probably heavily feature Keri Hilson, Missy Elliott, Sebastian and Ciara.

Rihanna and KP will keep raping the charts.
GaGa will come back, but won't be a big impact. Eminem will sell out even more.

Katy Perry and Ke$ha will begin to lose steam by the end of 2011, along with 3OH!3 - they'll still have fans, but the spotlight will no longer be on them.
The current wave of rappers currently bothering the charts will subside, a new sound will have taken over the charts. The Sugababes will be forced to continue putting off releasing further music while the legal battle over their name ensues, further damaging their reputation to the point where they get dropped from their label. The Saturdays will finally flop for good and be dropped from their label. Rochelle and Frankie will reinvent themselves again. New boy bands will spring up - I said this two years ago when JLS were on the X Factor; there was (and is) a huge a gap in the market for boy bands. JLS, The Wanted and, next year, One Direction will be on the go: expect a few more minor successes on the boy band front. Male solo singers will come back into fashion - There is a glaring lack of them at the moment; male pop stars will emerge again! The Black Eyed Peas will have 2011's most successful single (i.e. most weeks at #1) while Lady GaGa will have the most successful album. |

I'm not really fussed either way, but there's such an oversaturation of them in the charts at the moment. A couple of years ago N-Dubz were a novelty, now they're leading the charge of repetitive rap meets pop music. I'm sure Tinie Tempah and Tinchy Stryder have collaborated with half of the UK's current pop acts by now!
