Pat is laughable, she gives a damn more about Stacey having her way with Ryan more than Janine trying to kill him, she used to be able to see through Janine and all of a sudden she's acting like Janine is butter that wouldn't melt.

Stacey is no saint either with some of the things she's done but she has her flaws, deep down I think she's a good person at heart and some of the things that happened to her are of circumstances

First time tonight I thought EE was good again, really great episode. Loved the last few scenes in the Vic and Dot fixing Denise's laptop made me laugh.

Whoever wrote tonight's ep needs to write more, it felt like classic EE again.

More lighter scenes being filtered in but Eastenders is at it's best with the drama

It's annoying how women are always branded as homewreckers during affairs, the men who have wives/partners clearly can't keep it in their pants and it takes two to tango

Yes true, it always does drama well. I agree, the women are always made to look like the bad ones and the men get away with it.

I always thought that Vanessa and Tanya got on well. The last time Tanya was in it they were friendly and Tanya helped get her back to Max. So I was a bit confused with the bitchy comments that started. But I hated the forced and sickly sweet smiles everyone threw around the room when Lauren mentioned Bradley. Yuck.

I think it was because Abbie said she didn't like the dinner in a rather rude way and Vanessa just told her to eat it. Tanya didn't like her speaking to her daughter like that so bitchy comments followed.

Journalists got to watch a preview of the cot death episodes, and the response isn't the usual "oh it made me cry" they seem quite disturbed by it

The NYE scenes have been toned down following the uproar, still a very depressing topic for Christmas (Believe it or not, Christmas is the most depressing time of the year for a lot of people)

Yeah read about that, apparently a scene showing Ronnie touching the dead baby's thumb has been cut along with the cutting down of a crying scene showing Kat's 'baby'.

Still can't believe they are going to show Kat on a blood strewn bed though, that makes me wanna throw up.

Aye, I don't get how on DS people say they're "excited" for the episodes, it's totally the wrong word to use. I hate the baby swap angle about it too, it makes it seem sensationalist rather than being a moving story
