Chanelle Hayes won't be tucking into turkey, roast potatoes and all the trimmings today.

The Big Brother 8 contestant, who has a baby son with ex Matt Bates, doesn't want to give up her diet - even for Christmas Day.

Chanelle, 23, slimmed down from a 12-14 to an 8-10 after her little boy was born but is still not happy with her shape.

She's already had liposuction on her buttocks but plans more cosmetic surgery, including a boob job, next year.
