Well Done Lee! You're doing great! I started (again) my diet last Monday. I've stuck to it really well and have lost 5lbs!!!! I'm well chuffed although I know the weight loss will slow down next week. What I'm even more amazed with is that I've lost 2ins off the top of my thigh! Where does it all go? It baffles me!

Well somehow I managed to lose 1.5lbs this week.

I suppose I haven't been too bad this week, but I have been finding it quiet difficult to get back into it again after my few weeks off of partying and excess. My will power seems to have gone.

I want to lose at least another stone so I am relying on you guys to nag me.

Due to stopping smoking, I've managed to pile on 2 stone in three months!

I'm now officially back on my diet, so please send some nags my way too?

Well done, LEE - still heading in the right direction.

Keep it up - just focus (I can't use that word now without thinking of Fash! ) on the number of pounds you've lost increasing, as the number of pounds you still have to lose gets ever smaller!

And Janette - you've done it once, you can do it again!

To you both: nag nag nag nag nag nag nag nag nag . . . . is that enough to be getting on with just now?

You go, girls!

Suggestion - go and buy yourselves some fantastic clothes two sizes smaller than you are now - I am told it is a great incentive.

Much better than OH making comments such as "I thought you were on a diet - why are you eating your second pudding" when you are out for dinner. OR

"What are you going to do with those clothes you bought the other week if you lose weight"

I am trying, but it is hard and I am afraid I have very little resistance - show me a gooey pudding and I am a push over.

BUT YOU GO GIRLS YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.

Its a good idea BusyBee, but as well as this I have a whole wardrobe I'm trying to slim back into.

I'm really pleased though cos the size 16 jeans I was so thrilled to get back into a few weeks ago are already a bit loose, and I tried on the dress I so wanted to wear to go to the Derby in next weekend and it actually fitted lol All I've got to so now is find a hat lol

I have to say the best way to lose weight is to have a stomache bug!
I havent been on here all week coz Ive been feeling rubbish but I appear to have lost 10lbs in about 2 weeks!

Almost worth feeling awful, but nor quite!

Well, I've just got back from the weigh in and I have lost 2.5 lbs this week, which is better than I thought considering what I drank after the Bolton gig on Saturday

Getting closer to that 2 stone mark

Didn't you do well!

Many congrats, LEE - you should be really proud of yourself. I think you could even afford to have a wee drink to celebrate.

Here's a few nags to keep you on the right track until next week . . . . . . . . nag . . nag . . nag . . nag . . nag

I've managed to lose 3lb in the 2 weeks I've been back on the diet but I had had alcohol and at least one Chinese meal in that time so I'm happy!

Well the Tony Hadley diet has finally let me down this week, I've just got back from Slimming World and have put on 2lbs

I've actually been quite good this week but I think all the previous weeks of excess have finally caught up with me.

I'm determined to lose my 2lbs again this week, even if I have got a gig in Wolverhampton to go to on Saturday.

I will be good. I will be good. I will be good. ***says to herself over and over***

A little bit of what you fancy does you good is I think a great adage.

I think to be able to be a successful slimmer you have to cope falling off now and again. Make you all the more determined.

You can do it Lee.
