Blu Ray's stoned baby. I love my Blu Ray's. I'm collecting them like a kid. I can't collect DVD's now. They are too cheap and disposable.

Xbox's answer to that is you can download a movie for about 10 quid in HD to keep for the night which is a joke. At those kind of prices for direct content you should be able to keep the thing. Xbox has a far better online store though.

Can you actually tell the difference in the Blu Ray's or is it basically the same as the DVD Version only abit brighter?

I've always wondered what the big hype is about them.

Of course you can tell the difference. It's like asking is there a difference between DVD and VHS. Blu Ray is high definition like a movie you would view in the pictures, or on a HD channel. DVD is not. Blu Ray can also carry movies in 3D for whenever that takes off.

Also the PS3 was released later than the 360 you goose. Console favouritism is so boring. Karl is right they are the same thing with a handful of must play exclusives each. Console wars are for loosers who want to feel better by putting down people who own the other system.
