It's an awquard situation really, because no-one owns the copyright to the pictures - apart from C4.
We are allowed to use the picture on websites, as long as we don't say that they are ours and no-one can use them.
What I do, is put a message saying that the pictures take a long time to capture, and if anyone would like to use them please ask permission first and that will be fine....
This series, 3 sites have emailed me and asked if they can use 4/5 pictures. I let them, and just ask for a link back - which they agree too.
What website is using the pics you captured?
