Bacary Sagna has hailed the form of Arsenal teammate Samir Nasri.

Sagna believes Nasri is in contention for this season's Player of the Year award for his sizzling performances.

Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has already heaped massive praise on Nasri by saying he should win the coveted award.

And Sagna added: "Coming from a player like Rio, that is a great compliment for Samir.

"Samir's been doing it all season for us.

"He's at the top his form and if he keeps playing like this, then he will be the best player this season."

I agree with Rio about Nasri

. I also think he's had a better season than Bale who IMO does deserve the praise he's getting but they need to be careful now of not overhyping the guy as theres enough pressure for Spurs at the moment...

Aaron Ramsey gone back on loan to Cardiff.

Rafael got a warning and fine after all, now Fergie will be having a word telling him to curb his temper

Ramsey will get cardiff to top of the championship.. then he will come back to Arsenal and be a class player like he was before shawcross happened.

NAsri has scored more goals and assists per minute this season than Bale..

Nasri 28 games 14 goals 3 assists

Bale 30 games 11 goals (unsure how many assists)

More surprisingly walcott ( who has played 21 hours less football than bale which is 14 games less, and only has 22 as he has been a sub in so many games)

Walcott 22 games 10 goals 6 assists

Fabregas 21 games 7 goals 10 assists.

Meireles goal was quality, another great performance by him. Hopefully when Gerrard is back on wednesday they both play off Torres and Merieles isn't put back into the middle.

Poulsen done good in the first half but gave too many passes away in the second half, think that will be all for him now, will be surprised if he is still here at the start of february.

You've got another 16 games to save your season, you've got 1 game to save your cup run.

Birmingham will stay up, their home form is too good. I do think West Ham will knock you out the carling cup though

Feel sorry for West Ham there. Went 2-1 up with a few minutes remaining, Piqi takes off his shirt/goes to the crowd after scoring, and gets sent off (2nd yellow card). Everton then equalize. That rule really needs to be scrapped.
