I have tried to like Richard and he can be a decent and caring guy but once he doesn't like you he will generally slate you and I don't like the way he takes jokes too far, some may say it's just his sense of humour but some of the comments can be quite nasty.

It's not what he says, it's the fact that he feels the need to say it in front of everyone. He was so happy that Michael didn't like him, because it was an excuse for him to rip him apart over the next few days.

What's annoying me more, is he's going to think he's even better now that he's staying in. Michael is right about pete having no chance of going.
