Not necessarily - it could have been a tactical vote for those wishing to make sure Spiral got the boot.
Think about it? It was obvious that Pete and Richard would get the most save votes, but not quite so obvious who would come second.
So it makes sense to vote for Imogen and Suzie if you wanted to make sure Spiral and Michael went.
Spiral has gone! WOO HOO! Not before time too!
