Rockstar's controversial Grand Theft Auto IV will be released on PC this November, the publisher has confirmed.

The game, which became the most successful entertainment launch of all time after taking $310 million worldwide on its first day, was first released on Xbox 360 and PS3 in April.

Rockstar founder Sam Houser said: "We are very excited to be releasing the PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV.

"The whole team is dedicated to bringing an amazing gaming experience to the PC. The game looks and plays beautifully on PC and we can't wait for people to play it."

Grand Theft Auto IV will launch on November 21 in the UK on PC and will contain an expanded, PC-exclusive multiplayer mode.

Cool stuff.. I did expect more from the game like more shops and building to enter and rob but apart from that its FKING AMAZING!!! Wonder what the next gta will be... Saints row 2 should be good and mercs 2 and just cause 2 for the sandbox fans.

i've only half completed it, but i killed playboy x too.

same Novo. And killed Francis instead of Derrick...all of the other ones that were just like "kill this guy or let him go?" I killed, apart from the girlfriend of that drug dealer.

As for favourite characters - Elizabeta (loved the news story about her getting something like 10 life sentences, shame though, she killed Mannie <3), Roman and Florian and Niko has probably been the best protagonist so far.

oh and I thought it was a shame that the girl who betrayed Niko at the beginning (can't remember her name, she had two anyway) just disappeared afterwards.

The mission you have to follow Florian through the park and kill the man that has been battering him with a baseball bat i failed that first time because i robbed the guys scooter at the top of the stairs and he dragged me of it

I need to unlock a few more achivements, latest one i've done is the rolled over one where you have to flip the car 5 times

On my 2nd playthrough
fairly sure i killed playboy and derrick and picked revenge on my 1st so gonna do the opposite this time

Down that Long alley wait for the Sloppy Cops
Kill them in a massive Pile stand back the chuck a Fire Bomb bottle and then the Burn
as more come down the cacth on fire
screaming as they Die.

Its like a Episode of Saw.


When the sneaky low down Swat come
I kill them take there weapons
if a Nurse comes down I shoot her legs.

More and more Cops Come.
You stand on the Long Alley corner
right down the end.

On one time a Sneak Swat Cop chucked a Fire Bottle at me
thats one time they beat me

This Game is Utter Bliss
as you do tasks sometimes and other times Shoot cops
and Burn them Alive.

and Optical cable in to my Poineer with Massive speakers ( Wharfedale)
that also plays 5.1 SACD and 6.1 DVDA and all 5.1 DTS
And on my Sony 32" LCD in Pure 1080P
Bliss.



The Swat Cops are great in 5.1 you hear them
sneaking down tap tap tap.


I like the Cop that say ' But I never had a 3 way'
I shoot him again but in the head.

They always get you in the end Arista, I bet when you run out of weapons you try to make a run for it and swim to safety but the police boats shoot you down

Killed PlayBoy X and it was great because we got his mansion and Dwayne is a legend.

I killed Francis for being a ******ing annoying bastard.

And I let Kate die because Roman was a irritating fat ****** but I love him.


The game is so boring now [GTA IV] when I completed it I spent ages just missing about and shooting cops and stuff like that, but that lost its appeal.

Yesterday me and my mate who are really, really, really big fans of GTA went on Live to play and we were like and just said to eachother 'Dude this game has lost it's spark.. let's put Red Dead back on!'


That's how dull it's got.

Roll on GTA 5

I'm abit worried that the rumours are true, that Rockstar are using the new Motion Scan Technology to produce GTA 5.
Because if it's true, it can take up to 7 Years to complete properly...

So rather than getting a Grand Theft Auto 5 in January 2012, this time next year.. we'll get it some time in 2016 or something.

I walk to a cop car while they are at lights

I get in
then super fast drive away leaving
them standing

Bought this last week, it's epic but I'm stuck already. -.-

That first mission for that tit Francis where you got to find the blackmailer but there's like 5 people on the phone at the same time so I guess and it's always the wrong person and then the fuzz chase me, so I drive to lose them but then the blackmailer gets away..

Niko is by far my favourite GTA protagonist, his and Roman's banter actually has me in tears with laughter, especially on that cutscene where they make you go on a date with that Tom Rivas guy. xD The love meet profile Roman made for Niko is just lol.

Just walk down to the front then you should be able to hear the blackmailers real voice alongside his voice on the phone
