Default So how come Micheal wants Glyn to win?

They never had a particularly good connection and I would have thought that he would be backing Aisleyne.

Maybe he's seen the odds and he'd rather Glyn won than Pete?

Glyn has A Levels and despite not having good cookery skills is a very smart lad. He will do a lot with his life. And why farming? Is this one of those stereotypical Welsh comments that (after weeks and weeks) are now getting old?

But I too was rather surprised that Michael said Glyn should win. I mean, they weren't enemies but they weren't particularly close.

People need to seperate academic intelligence from common sense.Glyn's obviously good at school but just lacks common sense, English is also his second language.

I didn't say he was smart in general knowledge aswell.
But to get a good career - academic knowledge is very important.
Although they are different, to be academically knowledgable requires a degree of common sense and general knowledge.

People put Glyn down as being stupid just because he lacks a level of common sense and dismiss him coming out on top of the IQ test.

Maybe because Richard is Pete's pal and Michael just doesn't like Richard?

I am really stuck on that one, maybe Michael just found him one of the funnier and most deserving housemates but never got the chance to have a close relationship with him, I believe he would of chosen Spiral if Spiral didn't go out with him.

Maybe he realised Aisleyne didn't have a chance so he plumped for Glyn. Just before he left he was really complimentary to him and said he was great and a good person. Despite them hardly talking while he was in the house. Micheal is very wierd!
