Yeah it is, you have to eat it with a knife and fork though it gets quite messy

I only had vanilla one time so I broke up a kit kat and mixed it in B&J's style

a couple for you to try:

vanilla ice cream in a glass of coke is nice

also pour a bit of vodka or whiskey over vanilla ice cream if you want a bit of a kick out of it

as for turkey, we keep ours for about a month and I still eat it even when its dry and clearly out of date
