Being annoying means you are doing something to get you noticed and that you are bring something to the show. Making cups of tea and thinking your everyones mum, does little for the show except make it more boring. It a bit like Imobore who loves the mirrors, she looks nice, but does little for the show to make it interesting.

Drama is conflict, without conflict there is no drama, without drama the show is boring.

I would refer watching a mother figure who is polite and makes tea, rather than an arrogant, unintelligent commoner who has offered little to the show. What makes the show 'interesting' is subjective to each person. I say the show is interesting for me, when I see the person evicted whom I dislike the most. In this case, Mikey.
