I'm not sure what this task is about completely, but on turning on the tv it seems as if this is the thing that could start a few arguments among the group.
They seem to have no idea about what they are doing and how they are going to sort out how to do the task. Jon is getting stroppy because Cameron did not agree with his point of view. Why should he? Jon your view is not necessarily right. Be interesting to see what happens. Though Cam calmed things down by suggesting they eat - I think he could be the peacemaker. |

But Jon IS right and Cameron is just being a total wimp and not agreeing because of how he feels it'll look within the group. Except that he's forgetting that its the food thats at stake not his popularity.

I'm not sure Jon is right on this occasion.
What's the point in being in perfect rhythm, if they haven't even learned the correct sequence yet? I think Nush re-read Big Brother's instructions with the task and they said that the housemates had been given the handbells and chart first so that they could practice the order of the notes. They would then be given a metronome later on to give them an idea of the correct rhythm to play along to. 'Don't run before you can walk' springs to mind! Chill out a bit Jon - you've got another 3 days to practice yet! |

They should have had a physical task not another boring learning task, have we got to listen to them clapping until Wednesday.

Yes we do Steve, but first we have to hear them clap out of tune, then in a nice rhythm, then they get to shake bells with no clapper in!!!!!
I can't cope with the excitement!!!!!!! |

I've been watching them practise today and I think it's a great task. I'm really looking forward to finding out what tune they will be playing "on the night".

Did you notice when the gruop each member of the group said how much they should bet. Federico came in with 65% totally hiding the guilt for failing the last task.
It is a ridiculous amount and they should have gone for the minimum amount but at least this time if somebody fails them they will know who it is. |

It might help if they gave them the bells to practice with. I don't think they want them to pass a task this year. It's like giving them the unicycle task without the bike.

This is a good task to make them work together as a group, but not so good for watching on TV.
They can't have handbells with clappers in because then they would learn the tune, not the order. As far as I can tell, Nush seems to be a good leader in this task. Did anyone see the clip of Tania having a go at Cameron that they showed on Rise this morning??? |

I think that possibly Jon was right in saying that they should learn the rhythm along with thw sequence but BB had told them to just concentrate on learning the sequence first. Jon just went about it the wrong way. 'I know best because my parents are both teachers and I know music' is a bit childish, don't you think? He got all their backs up immediately and then no one wanted to do what he wanted. He also added 'I give a two hour lecture on the gas industry to everyone who joins our company', which didn't exactly endear him to the group. To be honest, Jon has an arrogant, competitive side which is making me go off him more and more.
Scott came across very well in this argument I thought and is fast becoming my hot tip to win. If you have the interactive the highlights feed has both these arguments and is well worth watching today. |

I think Jon was right about trying to get the rhythm (and Cameron agreed with him in the first instance) but he definitely lacks the social skills to communicate his thoughts in a way that doesn't get peoples backs up - bless!!!
Jon has a lot of good ideas but puts them over in the wrong way - he can be very forceful instead of being more diplomatic. Never mind, it'll be interesting to see who cocks the task up this week (oops!). Bets anyone?? |

I think Jon is doing a brilliant job of winding them up. However how right he may be he just cant get his views across in a way that people will accept them. In fact the way he does it would make me, for instance, want to do just the opposite to be awkward. He could make those lose the task because they wont follow his ways.
I think he is feeling that Cameron is not backing him up cos Cam just sits and contemplates without getting involved in heated discussions. Cam seems to be one of those people who wont be drawn into an argument and lets it all go over his head and Jon is definitely not happy about this. PS Can you imagine a two hour 'lecture' from Mr Tickle - wonder how many people were left at the end of the two hours |

Cameron looks so sweet and i do think he has to be geniune! Bless him! Jon is trying to rope into having rants with the rest of the housemates but Cam is having none of it because its not the way he wants to communicate and i think he knows that some people DO have there own way of learning x BLESS HIM X - i love cam he is so sweet xxx

I was watching the live feed on E4 around 11.30 p.m. last night, and the housemates were practicing their bell-ringing task.
After a few false starts, they actually succeeded in getting right through to the end of the 'tune' without a single mistake!! So there IS light at the end of the tunnel. I hope they do pass this task - they've all worked really hard on it (even Fed!!!) and they deserve a bit of reward. Well, I think so anyway. |

It's definitely today, Stu - but I don't know at what time.
Is it not usually during the afternoon? |
