Normal people! I'd say the BB5 bunch were 'normal' btw, it was BB6 onwards that got crazy or particularly fame hungry.

Normal people can still be interesting if the tasks and twists are fun and clever and the show works as a social experiment again. BB4 failed because the normal HMs were too nice, it still needs a range, or BB4 simply should have had a different eviction order. BB11 was also normal and the tasks were amazing a lot of the time but it was still quite abstract because they weren't allowed to argue like in the BB1-5 years, or drink much, and BB kept throwing in so many visitors.

This. The more interesting housemates seemed to leave at the start.

I know I keep bleating on about this but changing to VOTE TO SAVE would make a hell of a difference. Deadwood gone in first few evictions, interesting people remain, instead of the other way round.

I want real freaks, no freaks who are too over the top and are fake in auditions. For example, BB8 Carole, BB11 dave claiming to be drunk of of the lords love, Nathan and his "split personality" sea horse ect.
