Alcohol and most other drugs inhibit REM sleep and prevent you from having dreams so when the booze wears off in the early hours of the morning your brain tends to descent into utterly insane dreams.

Have had plenty of nightmares after going back to sleep after boozing the night before.

Had a dream that some guy poured beer over me then down my pants cos I knocked into him by accident. So I threw the glass at him and it hit him on the side of the head and everyone shouted "nice shot". Went outside and there was like 100's of people all after me. (This all seemed football related) So kept running and managed to make it to this club for some reason they didn't go in. Then it turned out the guy I'd thrown it at was my mate, but it wasn't the same guy yet I accepted it anyway lol

Very scarey ones where you wake soaked in sweat and the bed clothes wrapped all around you and cant get back to sleep, where you can still hear deads mens voices calling your name and you ears are ringing from the noises.

Me too well, I didn't see him but he was mentioned

Had loads of dreams last night though. Mainly about some of my cousins but they hated me as I wouldn't take part in a game. I got left in a house with no lights

Very very oddly I've had two dreams about my Dad in as many days. I've never ever dreamt of him before in my life. Seems so odd he must be playing on my mind now....
