A TWEET war broke out between Imogen Thomas and a WAG on Twitter today.

Big Brother beauty Imogen - who had an affair with soccer lover rat Ryan Giggs - had the bust-up with Jude Cissé, wife of ex-Liverpool striker Djibril Cissé. She told Imogen, 28, she should "shut up and remain dignified" prompting a vicious responses from the former Miss Wales.

She hit back with the reply: "Dear Mrs Cisse. Nobody wants to know your opinion. U seem to have a lot of time on ur hands...oh ye! I forgot your a wag!!! Jog on!

THE dad of Ryan Giggs' former mistress Imogen Thomas branded him a COWARD last night for failing to clear her of a blackmail allegation.

And Charles Thomas revealed she would not even tell HIM the name of her married football lover for fear of getting her dad into trouble.

Manchester United legend Giggs, 37, gagged Big Brother beauty Imogen and The Sun with a super-injunction in a bid to prevent him being identified.

His lawyers portrayed her in court as a blackmailer who asked for cash from the star. Giggs' name is now public - but the gag still stops Imogen, 28, telling her side of the story.

Yeah, I agree ..... Unsubstantiated, and very public, allegations of a criminal offence by a "protected" person are extremely cowardly .....

IMOGEN Thomas has hired a “reputation manager” to try to clean up her image. She has called in Chris Angus from Warlock Media, who specialises in burying negative publicity on search engines and he will work to erase her internet links to the football love rat.

Chris, 30, said: “You can’t stop an event happening but you can stop it being seen.”

A string of celebrities have hired "reputation managers" since the superinjunction scandals exploded. They include two actors, a sportsman, a politician and a writer.

I wonder how one goes about "burying negative publicity on search engines " and "erasing internet links" .....

It's been a very trying, emotional and upsetting few weeks for Imogen Thomas, so much so that we bet she has felt like punching something at times.

And she got her chance today as she pulled on a pair of boxing gloves and vented some frustration.

The reality TV star was snapped throwing some punches during a workout with her personal trainer.

And although she had a look of sheer determination on her face as she hit the boxing pad she looked as though she was really enjoying it too.

Imogen underwent a full workout this morning, as she did sit-ups, used weights for her arms and lots of bending and stretching.

Imo looks very "podgy" ..... :eek
