Bring It On

"Gordon Ramsay is back with a fourth series of Kitchen Nightmares USA, where once again he's heading stateside in a bid to rescue failing restaurant owners from imminent disaster.
In this episode, Gordon travels to New Jersey to visit the Spanish Pavilion; a family-run business whose owners, brothers Michael and Jerry, have allowed their power struggles and differences to compromise the quality of the restaurant. With a head chef consistently absent from the kitchen and unhappy staff constantly text messaging rather than working, Gordon is determined to transform the outdated atmosphere and menu in order to keep the family business afloat. Gordon is shocked to see both owners spend more time engaging in heated arguments than paying attention to the lifespan of the lobsters in their fish tanks and raw meals being served to the diners.
Later, Gordon gives the dining room and the menu a modern makeover with a Spanish flair and encourages the brothers to put their differences aside in order to preserve the family legacy. Will the restaurant's makeover encourage the brothers to work together?"
