I've just watched it ..... reluctantly, because I hate snotty kids .....

..... and became totally absorbed .....

The "bad" kids weren't particularly "bad" but just weren't taking advantage of what seemed to be excellent school opportunities and depriving others of the same .....

Involving the parents was, obviously, the key, but as the head said, she would have to repeat the exercise for 4 kids from 4FF for the whole school once a year for comprehensive effect ..... sadly, that won't happen, but lessons have been learned by parents and teachers (and viewers, too) .....
