I remember a woman on my street who used to let her 4/5 year old kids have a drag of her fag so that she would stop them from smoking when they were older. I'm sure there are other ways to prevent your children from smoking. Ironic thing is, the 2 kids are now 13/15 and I've seen both smoking around town

there was some documentary on tv not so long ago: mother with a 10 year old boy who got through something like 20 fags a day - and she went out and bought them - because if she didn't, he would take the money from her purse anyway.

Talk about avoiding parental responsibilty.

Yeah, let's give kids highly addictive substances at a young age to deter them from doing it in the future.

Where do these people come from?!

Don't even link her to Amy, thanks. They have no connection.

This bitch has clearly abused innocent children and as such I have no problem reigning abuse on her ass. I said she was probably a crackhead alcoholic because she clearly has those substances around...and in a public park too!

the ***** bit I threw in as a bonus. She's an evil cvnt too.

It's ridiculous. Why not just hide the purse or just try a bit harder to stop him from doing it. Some parents give up too easily and then wonder why their children get into the kind of life some of them do. I've only ever tried it a couple of times, but after witnessing my nan die of lung cancer which eventually spread to her brain, I vowed never to smoke as I knew that it was her smoking that caused her death.

I am not relating this vile creature to Amy Whitehouse and have not done so either - YOU ARE. It's the conflicting opinion you seem to have dependant on who the addict is, that's what I was pointing out.

I agree with you in the opinion you hold on this woman - it mirrors and reflect my opinion on how bad people can be sometimes, when they are as you said, 'probably a crackhead alcoholic'.

Yes you bloody did and you know it.

Amy didnt have children to inflict her drug issues on and was herself the ultimate victim of it.

And it's WINEHOUSE. No surprise you're ignorant about her. Or was that deliberate? probably.

No, it was called a typo Zippy. I believe it's something you are not immune to at times yourself.

The only person who related anything to AW - has been YOU - as you clearly proved by quoting my post (which is completely devoid of any mention of anyone).

I was referring to your changing opinion. Not AW, but your opinion and how it has altered quite dramatically. It has altered and it was nothing more than an interesting view on how things can be viewed so very differently. That's all, nothing more sinister.

My mums ex did this to me kind of. He found out that id been smoking dope, so he planned a night in for me and my mam and him. Made loads of really strong joints and gave us a bottle of vodka each.

His plan was for me to get ill (since mixing drink and dope usually makes people ill) and not want to touch the stuff again.

It kind of backfired. I drank my bottle and smoked my joints having a merry old time, and him and my mam passed out through it all

I wasnt a young kid though, was about 15/16

HAHA Vicky

When mum was 15, her dad caught her smoking and brought her a packet of 20 fags. He then made her smoke the whole packet one after another She didn't smoke again for about 11 years Sometimes it can work, but not at such a stupid age of 4/5.

It comes down to choice though imo.

As you said, you got caught smoking pot, it was your choice to do that and although, imo, it was a bit of a daft punishment, I can see where he was coming from.

A child of 4/5 doesn't even know what a cigarette is, let alone the dangers. Forcing them to smoke in the hope it will stop them in the future is bloody moronic.
