Not really, it's abut three inches down from the top and about 4/5 inches in from the left hand side.

I haven't used baby wipes, but I have used screen cleaner and a soft cloth that came with that. I suppose it could be liquid though, may have just dripped down a bit.

Thanks for that link too, I'll give it a go. If that doesn't work, I'll leave it a couple of weeks to see if it will dry out like yours and then I'll have to take it back to PC World if nothing's changed. I'd prefer to fix it myself if I can though, I hate dealing with customer services.
