I don't quite understand what you're trying to say, sorry! 
I do agree with you though, in that the way the system was conducted, Grace had a minute chance compared to Nikki of re-entering, and although I'm not a fan of Grace, it would seem appropriate for there to be equal chance for all four somehow.

Richie is trying to say that if we the public had been voting for who we wanted to go into the main house, and the housemates had been voting who to evict out of Richard and Imogen, rather than the other way around, the results would have been different.
