I'm torn between personal and global. If I were to go global it would be 9/11, terrorism and UK's involvement has changed so many people's life and not for the good. Personally I would do anything to stop my aunt from dying, maybe go waay back and tell her to stop smoking x amount every day etc. because her death has seriously affected my mum, she hasn't been the same since.
