But at least Baywatch was pretty well known. Certainly more well known than professional basketball in the UK and dennis rodman.

What's the point of hiring a foreign nobody? You may as well hire a local nobody and save the plane fare. Plus they come over here and don't know who anybody is in the house. Likewise, nobody knows who they are either. All of which negates the point of it being a celebrity edition.

They could just throw anyone in and tell us they were a relation of a relation of a relation of the mate of someone who used to be famous for something no-one remembers, and pass them off as a 'celebrity'. The object is defeated more so each year.
