Big Brother Africa Housemates were taken on yet another roller coaster ride with the unexpected arrival of Cameron from the Big Brother U.K House. He is on temporary exchange for Gaetano who has taken Cameron's place in the English Big Brother House. The whole operation was secretly known as operation Camel.

Cameron seemed a little confused during his first Diary Session. He couldn't remember whether it was really Cherise or Warona who'd told him to stay for a while. All this was quite understandable after his blind-folded journey into the heart of South Africa.

Cherise was especially inquisitive about Cameron's private life. She really wanted to know whether he was married. To her delight, he told her he wasn't. Flirtatious, loud-mouthed Abby, who had temporarily lost her newfound love, Gaetano, to Big Brother U.K, had a very puzzled expression on her face all morning. Perhaps she's not sure Gae's replacement will measure up. In the Jacuzzi, of course. She might also be missing her night time snuggles with Gaetano under the blankets.

From the Boy's side, Stefan showed initial friendliness but soon went back to his favourite friend, Alex. Meanwhile Warona, Mwisho and Sammi followed Cameron outside where he relished the generous and welcoming early morning South African sun. They listened very carefully to his every word. He even offered Mwisho his sunglasses which he said doesn't become him. The glasses were given to him by his U.K escorts in an attempt to keep the English Paparazzi at bay.

Bayo spent some quality time with Cameron on his own, savoring every detail he could, doing what he does best. He may use this information to strategically mediate or counsel volatile situations later if and when the true Cameron comes out to play.

After their initial boisterous reaction, the Housemate found their level and all took a few steps back from Cameron and just went with the flow. Cameron seems to have restored the necessary calm with his thirty-two-year-old maturity. Maybe this is just what was needed for the House after four weeks of volatile outbursts about eggs and drunken brawls about just about anything. It still remains to be seen whether the Bitchy Brothers, Alex and Stefan, will manage to keep up their pranks with the sober influence of the Cool Cameron.
