I've said things and then days later changed my opinion, as I understood that it was Harry's perception of the relationship at that point in time. Harry was pretty clear with Faye in tonight's highlights that he believes Aaron hasn't played her.

I understood that was to keep Faye out of the nominations, but I could be wrong.

He entered the house without the knowledge of Faye. Over the weeks he found and fell for Faye.
Just because he said something in the beginning doesn't mean it's written in stone. People change their minds all the time. I know I've changed my opinion of Aden and Anton quite a few times during the show.
