I think they will lose, if they start getting dirty I think they will all say sod it, and deliberately get as filthy as possible, that would be funny and quite entertaining. If they use their common sense they will realise BB won't leave them on basic rations for the last week, they will get all sorts of treats, meals, alcohol etc. BB will want their spirits up and for it to be entertaining.
