Surely better advice would be, save ofcom and the like for when you have a real problem, and don't abuse it when your favourite in a reality show may or may not have had their feelings hurt. It's ridiculous.

Never a truer word or words should I say.

Reporting to Ofcom that the panel and audience on a tv show don't like your favourite housemate? I don't watch it every day so I can't know 100% what has been said but from the few times each week I HAVE watched it, it's nothing more than people saying their opinions on Aaron, something they're allowed to do when they go on the show.

Seriously, just turn to a different channel if you don't like it that much.

I have watched some of the shows...most of it IMO is garbage. However its always hard to listen to critism of your favourite HM..and if your favourite is controversial or simply involved in a lot of the story lines then they are probably be scrutinised more than others. I think the whole Aaron fiasco has been overwhelming... too many people have completely over-exaggerated his actions and made a whole drama out of it. TBH its almost been comical.

BUT....
You cant have someone like the tramp Nicola Mclean go onto adiscussion show and compare someone on a gameshow to a wife abuser.....its unacceptable and its pushed the boundaries.
I love BB....I love people watching and I love disecting people....but showing respect at the same time.
Nicola Mclean needs to take responsibility for her actions and apologise for what she said and to whom it would have offended.

Exactly. If you don't like what you see switch over to dancing bears and sugar plum fairies where everything is sugar coated and nice. Its because of people moaning and complaining like idiots that we now have the rubbish that is BB now and no live feed.

BB is about manipulation. Not just the housemates but also the viewing public.

I think it is totally the wrong attitude to say 'he chose to go on BB so knew what he was getting into to'... I am certain he did NOT expect to be compared to an ABUSIVE HUSBAND! That is an absolutely disgrace, and it makes me sick that that is being said about any housemate. He has done nothing to warrant such behaviour, and slandering. What will he be subjected to when he comes out after having such things said about him...

I also don't agree with saying 'if you don't like it, then don't watch it'... that isn't the point, the point is that OTHERS are watching it, and are being influenced by what is being said. Imagine the opinion on Aaron some people have, now they have the comparison to an abusive husband in their mind. Aaron has suffered abuse, and bullying, both inside and outside the house and it is a total disgrace. I do not choose to watch all of BOTS, I just watch the exclusive bit, the nominations and things that have been mentioned on here (such as the abusive husband comment)... I know others who watch it though, and who believe what is being said and go along with it! There are certain people featured on BOTS on a regular basis, who clearly hate Aaron and make that damn clear.

I agree with the folks on here who simply vote with their feet (or fingers) where BBBOTS is concerned and refuse to watch. It really is awful and the production team are either taking the p*ss or should be embarrassed at being associated with it. It's downmarket and crass - avoid!

Reporting , why? It's stuff like this that gets the show taken off the air.
If anyone goes into BB without realising that they are completely open to public scutiny be it good or bad, their looks, their past delved into and every little personality trait jumped on then they've been living in a cave. BB can make or break you, Jade Goody was the perfect example and that's why the celebs get such big bucks for entering the house. BBBOTS has a turnover of guests, some more credible than others but the point is diversity therefore you'll get an array of different opinions. Just because one guest states her opinion doesn't mean we as the viewer have to take it on board.
I certainly wasn't swayed by Nicola McClean's opinion , which I think she only used because she couldn't think of the word "manipulative", big "duh' Nicola and I doubt anyone else was.

Fame, magazine deals, guest appearances, girls throwing themselves at him and who knows maybe even the 100 grand.

Nobody takes Nicola McClean seriously

I am hereby recanting all accusations and negative comments I have ever made about BBUS. I used to whine about rigged comps etc. but that's a drop in the ocean compared to what BBUK/BOTS have done. They've taken this to a whole 'nother level. Allison Grodner and team come off as saints after watching the BBUK/BOTS do what they do best. . .character assassination. This show is a complete and utter farce at this point and I will mostly like only tune in finale night to see Aaron win.
