I don't know what you are refering to. However talking about new channels I did read a few weeks back that there could be a "Big Brother channel starting whenever... I think it is sanctioned on sky and it was deep within Ofcoms channel details of future channels recently licenced.

Can't remember details of who or what platform it is on (I think sky) a search of the ofcom site would be needed to learn more.......
