In terms of entertainment and stirring, it would be Makosi, never has anyone on BB caused so much drama and conflict around themselves... bloody hell that woman was... awfully genius?

You asked me what 'best' meant, that's what I thought you meant...

Pete didn't win just because he had tourettes, but why would anyone be crowned the winner from day one? because they have a condition. I think so.

IMO Pete is not even close to being the best housemate ever, nice lad but didn't really do a great deal.
