Yeah but my point about Arsenal is they don't like playing phyical sides and IMO Rosicky is another lightweight addition to their squad. They are still too reliant on Henry to be a major threat.

Agger is a composed cultured defender and along with Paletta should provide great cover for us. We have good cover all over the pitch which should stand us in good stead as the season progresses. Despite Man uniteds good start Chelsea will be the team to beat. I just can't see Arsenal breaking into the top 3.

Agger looks fine so far. It's after 20 games we may be able to see whether he is up to it full time. Paletta is untested so far.

Rosicky is lightweight, but if Arsenal sign Mashcherano, that will add some beef. We'll have to see who they buy.

Come Friday morning, we'll have an idea, let's see if any of the big 4 buy anyone new.

Chelsea poor 1st half.

I can't see us buying anyone, maybe a young player for the future but I expect the other 3 to strengthen.

Well, Woodgate has been linked, on loan.

United I expect to sign one player, if Chelsea do, it will be a left back, and Arsenal I expect to sign one or two.

Chelsea won in the end. Much better half 2, but Blackburn had 2 big guys up front and Terry, Carvalho and Boulahrouz will pick them off all day.

The second half performance was much better after a pretty shakey first half and in my opinion Drogba needs to be starting ahead of Kalou, when he came off the bench today the Blackburn defence couldn't handle his strength.

They need to break Kalou in more slowly. He will come good, but his best work is done wide.

Kalou would be ideal playing on the right side of a 3 man attack once Robben comes back, he's not the sort of player to go straight in up front, gave Shevchenko with not enough support.

Manchester United buying Carlos Tevez would be a wrong move for me, he's far too much like Wayne Rooney but obviously not as good.Tevez has outgrown Corinthians and they would command a big transfer fee and if United pay that high price he's not going to dislodge Rooney from the starting line-up and him and Rooney will end up making the same kind of runs and doing the same kind of things and it just wont work, they will also be pretty weak in the air, if it fails then they will end up having Tevez as a sub and very high priced sub at that.

Javier Mascherano is a player I rate very highly but Fabregas and Gilberto Silva have been two of Arsenal's best players for about a year now and who would you drop out of those two to fit in Mascherano? Moving Cesc to the right wing would be an option as Arsenal don't really get many crosses in so it may work.

Re: Kalou, you would be right, but Chelsea have many options

Re: Tevez, don't think he's too much behind Rooney in terms of ability and could be a better player in the future. In today's squad game, he'll be useful and they could play like Chelsea, with Saha the middle man. Ronaldo has to be included too, but not all 4 will be fit at the same time.

Re: Arsenal, they'll play 4-5-1. Mashcerano and Gilberto will hold, Cesc will play make with Ljungberg and Rosicky further forward behind Henry, and Hleb in reserve.

Need good squads these days.

Tevez would be a good squad but it would be a lot of money for a player who's going to be mainly a sub, he's the wrong type of centre forward for United, they need someone strong in the air and a proven goalscorer.

If Arsenal play 4-5-1 I feel they will lack even more of a goal threat and will proably lead to them trying to score the perfect goal even more, they could do with a bit of variation in their play, Rosicky and Ljunberg offer the same thing and so will Cesc in a more advanced roll, I'm not sure where the goal are going to come from.

Manure won't sign Tevez. He'd be far to expensive and they have enough options up front with Solksjaer, Saha, Rooney and Smith when he returns. Van horseface left because he wasn't being played so they hardly need a replacement for him especially considering Ole Gunnar is back playing.

Maschereno would be expensive, but it is a slight possibility. Although manure are more in need of him than Arsenal.

Sunderland finally won! I really can't see why they're getting so excited about Keane who has no managerial experience whatsoever. He should be a good motivator though!

I havent seen much of Kris Boyd because Rangers are never on TV these days but when i watch Gilette Soccer Saturday his name appears on the score sheet every week so i'm guessing he would be a decent signing.

Boyd is the best Scottish striker for a while. Not sure he's what United need right now, but who knows. With the supply line of Ronaldo, Carrick, Rooney, Giggs et al. Nothing wrong with Saha to be fair.

United want Trezeguet now. Mido has returned to Tottenham, Petrov close to Villa move, Tevez and Mascherano moves to England are closer, although Arsenal and Villa want Tevez now too. Huth and Woodgate look like going to Boro, Pompey are close to Stephen Appiah.

He's a proper thug. We don't need him and the fans and Carra won't be happy if we sign him.
