Sorry to come on like Sticks, but one of the conjoined twins seperated by surgeons at the Raffles Hospital, Singapore has sadly died.
Laden died, and her sister Laleh is still very critical. I salute their courage, and their determination to live independant lives. I so hope that Laleh makes it. |

I've just heard on the news that the Laleh has died as well.
This is so terribly sad and they were so brave to take the risk. |

I too felt so terribly sorry that they had died. They had so many hopes and dreams and were so brave to take such an enormous risk. It makes you feel humble to hear of such courage.

It is very sad. They knew the risk they were taking but did it anyway because they couldnt go on living the way they were. R.I.P.

This is so upsetting. They went through it knowing that there were a slim chance that they would survive but they did it anyway
I hope that they Rest in Peace |

How brave they both were - they knew the chances of success for one let alone two were very slim, but they decided that this was a better alternative than the life they were forced to live.
Rest In Peace to the both of them |
