Default Lisa\'s Eviction

Was anyone else like me and cringing at the amount of booing from the audience following Lisa's exit from the house? How shallow can those people responsible be, this isn't a pantomime. C4 please do something about this and ensure it doesn't happen in any future series.

I thought Lisa's interview with Davina was one of the best I've seen. She came across as amusing, down-to-earth, honest and admitted she went into the house to be herself and spice things up. I even found myself beginning to like her as the interview went on, and then feeling sorry for her after they showed the compilations of her time in the house. And then it suddenly hit me when I realised how silly it was that she had been overwhelmingly evicted from the house for making the programme more entertaining.

It certainly made me cringe. Just another example of how BB supporters have lost the plot. The more I watch BB4 the more I cringe.

Jon Tickle has been put in to stirr thing up. The problem is Jon is biased towards certain housemates. Which mean there will be unfairness in who and why he wants to expose the real "Person" etc.

You will find Jon will give Cameron and Ray a harder time than he will give Scott or Nush.

Because Jon has a public following that will sheepishly hang on every word and deed that Jon does this will render a corrupting influence on the outcome of BB4.

This is why I believe it is wrong and bad to allow an ex housemate with a biased agenda to enter the house and use his influence to change the course of BB.

Jon mania has always been out of hand and is even more so now. This will be the downfall of the credibility of this and future "(if any) BB series. A very very sad day in the history of BB indeed.

I was disgusted with Lisa's treatment by the crowd last night and I felt ashamed to have watched such a sadistic show. The housemates looked very sheepish before Jon arrived. They realised they had acted like school bullies and although she was pretty obnoxious in the house, she didn't deserve the treatment she received both in or out of the house.

However, the arrival of Jon back in the house was a brilliant moment. Surely, one of the best of any BB. Someone said the housemates were all delighted to see him back, NO THEY WERE'NT, they pretended to be but you could see the cogs in their brains working. It was fascinating to watch their reactions.

As for Bananarama's worries about him being biased. BB is biased already. Come on, they show whatever they want to make however they want win! Cameron has had a tremendously easy ride (as has Scott) They were all utterly complacent and cosy, give em hell, Jon.

I felt so sorry for Davina before Lisa came out she made a point of asking the crowd to be nice to Lisa and what did they do - boo hysterically.

The poor girl, who incidentally I never liked, had done what was asked of her by going into the house and stirring things up. You cant boo a girl for doing what BB had asked of her.

She definitely went up in my estimation how she handled herself - and I loved her mum when she came out telling her to "ignore the a*******s" only a mum could do that. Great.

Now if Jon was like Lisa then BB would awaken again. Jon is not like Lisa therfore it's time to sleep through Jon's mind games with Cameron or whoever. Anyway vulcans don't have minds...Do they.

If people like her are going to get booed when they leave we can hardly complain about contestants being dull and unopinionated. They'll just want to avoid getting booed.

I suppose that each individual person booing doesn't think they are doing much wrong, but when all the boos are taken together it sounds very unpleasant and embarassing for the show.

I guess that Big Brother fans probably take the whole thing too seriously anyway.

The housemates heard the boos when Lisa left and you can see the reaction to it in this video (taken from the interactive coverage)

Spot on James, how can we expect contestants to be opinionated when crowds of people boo excessively upon their exit. C4 take note and please ensure people who wish to take part in the crowd are informed that booing house-mates will not be tolerated. It makes me and other genuine BB fans feel disgusted at their treatment for being no more than themselves and bringing some entertainment to the house.

And it was interesting to see the house-mates expressions upon hearing the boos.

Agreed. But i am afraid such a message will only fall on deaf ears. There was terrible booing last year and what has CH4 done.......Nout and sadly I doubt they ever will.

It makes no sense the so called naughty or nasty ones provide the most entertainment and yet they get punished for their efforts for having the guts to be different from the rest.
