I don't imagine there's many footie fans that vote in BB. And Giggs is Man U, so everyone apart from Man U fans don't particularly like Giggs or care enough about him to vote out his mistress from a reality tv show. If anything, they're probably relishing the embarrasment he's probably feeling having his personal life dragged up again on national tv.
