Channel 4 actually occasionally looked for decent realish people to put in. Channel 5 are only looking for orange bimbos or 'hunks' who will make the 'sexiest big brother ever' for the billionth time.

It's 100% identical. The producers may be looking for different things but the process is the same as it has been since around BB5, for the most part

(I think the end bit keeps changing the most - I'm not sure if they do visits with friends and family now? BB11's Top 90 all had to just make videos showing their backgrounds instead).

i made the final shortlist last year and also participated in the dry run for the current series of celeb BB. manwholaughs is right, its 100% identical.
