Absolutely right. Denise has played the public way more than the Twins have. Denise also plays her husband, her friends and family and her fans, all of whom have enabled her unacceptable behaviour for years to the point that she thinks she can get away with it whenever she wants, and people just have to "forgive" her. Why should Denise seek help for her problems when she has shed loads of apologists explaining on her behalf why she is a poor ickle victim that nobody "gets"? Why is it everyone else's fault that they have no sense of humour and situations go tits up when Denise wants to get rat a*sed and come out to play. Everyone is expected to "understand" Denise - WHY FFS? There's nowt to understand really, she is as shallow as a puddle of cheap wine.

I'm actually starting to feel a bit sorry for Denise because it is abundantly clear that people enjoy laughing AT her - she is a figure of fun now and someone to be pitied, and whose fault is that? I'd say it's the fault of those who continue to make excuses for her, which gives her no incentive whatsoever to seek help for her alcohol addiction. If you're a depressive like Denise, the last thing you need is to be on the sauce continually. It's all going to end in tears if those who care about her don't rein her in. Who will they blame then? Not themselves I bet
