Well steven Gerrard is my real favourite player anyway so I would hand the captaincy to him, in fact he should have been anyway.

He seems fit again and playing well so for sure Gerrard for me for Euro 2012 at the very least.

I hope Joe Hart or Scott Parker is the next England captain, not that the role matters anymore.
